A vital part of the Lord's vision is the call for all to "go and make disciples." (Matthew 28:19) In order to fulfill this command, the Vision Classes have been established at Celebration Center to "prepare and equip God's people to lead through works of service, so that the Body of Christ may be built up."  (Ephesians 4:12)? Those who have been discipled should disciple others as well.

 

After attending an Encounter weekend and the Vision Level One classes, all members are encouraged to begin the discipleship and equipping process in the Vision Classes.  The classes will impart to you life purpose, the vision and skills to be able to reproduce Christ in others and to bear fruit that will remain forever.  You will learn the foundations of Christian living, cell group leadership and receive anointing to mentor others.

 

The "Principle of 12 School of Leaders" is about a one-year course broken into four terms, with each term 12-16 weeks in length.  Each term covers a vital part of the Christian walk.

 

Vision Level One includes topics such as the Introduction to the Bible, The Ten Commandments, Relating to God, Making A Firm Commitment, and What Jesus Did To Build His Leaders.

 

Vision Level Two includes the foundations of the Christian faith from Hebrews 6:1-2 such as salvation, baptisms, laying on of hands, and then other practical subjects such as courtship, marriage and the family, and the place of authority in every part of our lives.

 

Vision Level Three prepares and trains the students for cell leadership, intercessory prayer, and service in the Kingdom of God.  Upon completion of this level, the student registers for a Re-encounter, two days designed to launch the leader into beginning his/her own cell group prior to enrolling in the final term.  Evangelism strategies are also taught at level three.

 

Vision Level Four teaches about the personal cost of leadership, mentoring groups of 12, discovering spiritual gifts, the fruit of the Holy Spirit and counseling.

 

In summary, the Vision Classes give comprehensive and effective training for you to discover and fulfill your calling in Christ at Celebration Center.  Through the School of Leaders we continue to grow together, fulfilling the vision of God in our families, community and regions beyond for the glory of God.

One of the greatest revelations we learn from the Bible is the truth that God not only saves, delivers and restores you, but that He also wants to anoint and empower you to participate with Him in the building of His Kingdom.  "we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them."  (Ephesians 2:10)?

Good works and fruit are planted and grown in the life of an individual through their investment in classes, mentoring and hands-on training through cell groups and?within the School of Leaders.

 

Graduates from each term receive a certificate of completion.  Graduates from Vision Level 3 also earn graduation ceremonies held annually.  Graduates from Vision Level 4 are set apart and sent to lead cell groups.
