Cell Group Method

Cell Group Method

Win Them-
New believers are added to the church through personal evangelism, weekend celebration church services, and monthly "net" meetings.

Connect Them-
New believers and new church members are "plugged in" to the church through the consolidation or connecting process. Members of the consolidation team are assigned to new believers or new members to help enroll them in a weekly cell meeting, guide them through a short Pre-Encounter course, and register them to attend an Encounter Weekend. At the Encounter Weekend, they "encounter God" through teachings on inner healing, forgiveness, baptism in the Holy Spirit, and the vision of the church. Following the weekend, they are encouraged to attend the Vision Level One Class which enters them into School of Leaders Vision Classes.

Disciple Them-
After completing Vision Level One, the new disciple enters the School of Leaders Vision Level Two and then Vision Level Three Classes,  During Vision Level Three, the students will open their own cells but will also continue meeting with their original cell group leaders.

Send Them-
As the disciple progresses through the School of Leaders Vision Classes, he or she opens their own cell and begins to develop their twelve leaders, taking them through each step of the process of the vision: winning them, connecting them, discipling them, and eventually sending them "to make disciples of all nations."
